Questions I get asked
Which platform should my store be on?
It depends on the catalogue, the integrations you need and how often the team changes things. Most of my work is on MerchantPro, WooCommerce and Gomag; I will tell you plainly if the platform you are on is fine and only the storefront needs work.
Can you migrate an existing store without losing orders and customers?
Yes. Products, customers and orders move through both platforms' APIs with a repeatable script that runs dry first. You see every planned change before anything is written, and the import can be re-run without creating duplicates.
Do you work on stores you did not build?
Yes. Redesigns, integrations, supplier crawlers, marketplace connections and content automation all run on stores built by someone else.
How long does a store take?
A redesign or a migration is usually measured in weeks, not months, and you get a staging link from the first week. The exact timeline is in the quote, milestone by milestone.
How do you quote?
A fixed price against a written scope, split into milestones. Ongoing work runs on a monthly retainer. There is no hourly meter running while we talk.
Where are you based, and do you work remotely?
Bucharest, on Eastern European time, and almost everything happens remotely. I reply within one working day, in English or Romanian.
