WordPressPresentation sites and WooCommerce stores, built with code rather than a stack of plugins. Custom landing pages, product-level SEO, and merges of separate sites into one.
GomagRedesigns and builds written straight into the Gomag theme, with custom integrations and crawlers where suppliers offer no API.

A call and a few honest questions: what sells, what does not, who the suppliers are, what the current store gets wrong. If a platform change is the wrong idea, I say so here.

A fixed quote against that scope, split into milestones. What is included is listed; what is not is listed too, so nothing is discovered halfway.

A staging link from the first week and a short written update every week. Migrations run dry first, so you see every planned change before a single record is written.

A launch checklist, the hand-over of every access, and a support window after go-live. Most clients stay on for integrations and automation once the store is running.

- This is where I developed and applied the skills shown across this CV: ecommerce development, automation, web scraping, API integrations, performance marketing and LLM-assisted content workflows.
- Delivered 68 stores and websites on MerchantPro, WooCommerce, Gomag, Wix and CS-Cart, from scoping and pricing through build, migration, launch and support.

- Tested mobile network performance in 15+ countries using Qualcomm and Rohde & Schwarz measurement tools.
- Campaigns delivered for Accenture and for NetCheck, member of NC Group: drive and walk tests run to their methodology, with the results feeding their national benchmarking reports.
- Produced field reports and coordinated with international benchmarking teams.
- Worked independently under pressure, on campaigns that judge a national network.

Nationwide drive tests in 39 cities and on the roads between them: 188 hours of measurement plus 56 on local roads, over 40,000 samples per operator. I was part of the field team; mts Telekom Srbija took the award with 932 of 1,000 points.

Engineer by training, developer by trade.
Telecommunications engineer (Cluj-Napoca), master's in digital enterprise management (POLITEHNICA Bucharest), now reading economic informatics at ASE. Since 2021 I run Codefix and Divina Digitale: online stores built and migrated, plus the automation that connects them to suppliers, ERPs and marketplaces.
